RateNow Technology Serves Patient Experience with AOR San Carlo Project in Potenza
On February 6, 2023, AOR "San Carlo" in Potenza presented the Customer Satisfaction project, promoted by the same company and implemented by RateNow.
The experimental project will initially involve the departments of Rheumatology, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Radiology and will evaluate the patient's experience through digital terminals in totem format and digital surveys.
The Customer Satisfaction project has been widely covered by the media, such as the Quotidiano Sanitá, the regional RAI news program and various newspapers.

The general director of the A.O.R. San Carlo, Giuseppe Spera, stated that
"it is necessary to increase the perceived quality, which in some cases risks unjustly obscuring the real quality."
The assessor for Health and Person Policies, Francesco Fanelli, emphasized how
"the current digital transition phase favors precise research, supported by technological developments in the field of patient experience in the health sector."
