The AOR San Carlo in Potenza presented a Customer Satisfaction project, implemented by RateNow, to evaluate the patient experience. The project was widely covered by the media and supported by the General Director and the Health Commissioner.

On February 6, 2023, AOR "San Carlo" in Potenza presented the Customer Satisfaction project, promoted by the same company and implemented by RateNow.
The experimental project will initially involve the departments of Rheumatology, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Radiology and will evaluate the patient's experience through digital terminals in totem format and digital surveys.
The Customer Satisfaction project has been widely covered by the media, such as the Quotidiano Sanitá, the regional RAI news program and various newspapers.

"the current digital transition phase favors precise research, supported by technological developments in the field of patient experience in the health sector."
