How do QR code surveys work?downup

You only need to display a QR code at the touchpoint (signage, counter, ticket, waiting room, product...). The user scans it with their mobile and accesses the survey directly, without needing apps or registration.

Where can I place the QR code?downup

On any physical or digital point. Including: counters and reception, rooms or waiting areas, tables, products or packaging, tickets, invoices, brochures, screens, tablets, or internal signage, events, fairs, or exhibitions. It can also be handed out on paper or sent directly by email.

Can I customize the design of the QR and its poster?downup

Yes. You can customize colors and branding, texts and messages on the poster, and the format (card, poster, sticker, display, table, etc.). RateNow provides you with the creatives and templates ready for printing, or if you prefer, can directly handle the printing.

Are the responses obtained via QR anonymous?downup

Yes, completely anonymous by default. If you want to add traceability —for example, to identify the center, store, or service where the code was located— you can do so by adding context parameters to the QR.

How do I view the results of QR surveys?downup
