Are RateNow process surveys validated?

Yes, the surveys are based on SERVQUAL literature and have been validated by hundreds of healthcare organizations in Europe, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability.

Can the surveys be customized?

Who sends the SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp?

Two options are available: the delivery can be managed through RateNow or directly by the hospital, according to your preferences.

Are the surveys anonymous?

By default, surveys are anonymous and not linked to personal data. For those organizations who wish to activate traceability and respond to the patient (close the loop), the surveys allow encrypted personal data or pseudonymized identifiers, meeting the high security standards required by GDRP regualtion.
